About Me
Hello and Welcome!
My name Tamar Levran-Galai (She/Her/Hers) and I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that taking a look inward requires vulnerability and bravery. I am passionate about helping clients to become more aware of emotions, needs, recognizing unhealthy patterns, improving functioning, empowering strengths, and expanding the capacity for acceptance. Working from an integrative and trauma-informed approach, I am utilizing evidence-base, psychodynamics, person-centered techniques with a genuine, down-to-earth therapeutic attitude. By facilitating a supportive, collaborative and non-judgmental environment, I am joining my clients in their journey to heal toward greater possibilities of choices, growth, and well-being.
