Tamar Levran-Galai, LMFT

About Me

Hello and Welcome!

My name is Tamar Levran-Galai (She/Her/Hers) and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe that taking a look inward requires vulnerability and bravery. I am passionate about helping my clients to become more aware of emotions, needs, recognizing unhealthy patterns, improving functioning, empowering strengths, and expanding the capacity for acceptance. Working from an integrative and trauma-informed approach, I am utilizing an integrative approach of evidence-based (ACT, CBT) and person-centered techniques with a genuine, down-to-earth therapeutic attitude, tailored to each of my clients' needs.

Whether you experience anxiety, OCD, depression, or relationship issues, feeling stuck or alone, therapy can support you. I am here to help. Together, we will address these barriers and understand what might be moving you away from feeling and showing up as your true self. By facilitating a supportive, collaborative and non-judgmental environment, we will partner together in the journey to heal toward greater possibilities of choices, growth, and well-being.
