Service Description

This will mainly be a process group where I will aim to decrease depressive symptoms, and reduce stress through work from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Centered Person Therapy. The group will work together to better understand thoughts and their impact on feelings and actions. Participants will benefit from the healing process, and from the normalization of depressive symptoms. Although this is a process group, participants will benefit from mindfulness skills through some work from use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities. Welcome! Online group therapy is led by at least one of our therapists. Please adjust your schedule accordingly to the timing of this session.
